The work I love sits at the intersection of three parties: a customer with a problem, a company with a capability, and a partner who bridges the gap. That's the puzzle I've spent the last 12+ years solving — from leading large-scale strategic transformation programs and serving as Chief of Staff to a division president, to building hyperscaler partnerships and designing go-to-market (GTM) motions that have driven EUR200m+ in partner-sourced pipeline across Data Center Infrastructure, Energy, Public Sector, and Financial Services. Now applying the ecosystem lens to AI and Cloud Infra.

PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY

Advisory and Ecosystem Engagement | Present

Advising early-stage startups in the AI infrastructure space on go-to-market strategy, early partnerships, and first PoCs. Exploring what's next!

Nokia | 2013-2026

Head of Ecosystem Development | 2024 - 2026

My most expansive role at Nokia. I spent two critical years at the cusp of cloud infra transformation driven by AI. Formulated the ecosystem strategy and frameworks, build partnerships across AI Infra tech stack. This was ecosystem building at its most complex with multiple parties, countries, policy and technology intertwined.

Partner Business Director | 2021 - 2023

This is when I go from strategy to execution. I got into the weeds of building partnerships that move the needle for the customer, Nokia and the partner. I drove co-sell engagements in public sector and established strategic partnership with Google Cloud. We laid the groundwork for what's now called AI RAN (Radio Access Network).

Chief of Staff to President, Nokia Enterprise | 2019-2020

The pivot. I moved from optimization to building for the future. The investments we made then and the strategy we executed, laid the foundation for +14% CAGR (2019-2025) growth in Enterprise business including the Data Center portfolio that is driving growth, today. I learned that partnerships was our key lever for growth.

Senior Manager Nokia Transformation | 2015-2018

Three years of rigourous training. Here I built, challenged and tested my problem solving skills. 8 year later, I still find myself going back to the foundations of problem solving, stakeholder management, value creation and impact, storytelling and leadership.

Future Leaders Program for Finance Graduates | 2013-2014

Joined Nokia right after my MBA. I got to see the company in full transformation mode from day one and was exposed to different parts of the business across the world.

1000 Islands Hotels and Resorts Pvt. Ltd | 2010-2012

Information and planning manager

A completely different world from microfinance but applying the same lens - who is the customer, what do they need, and how do you build something that people love and come back to?

SEWA (Self-Employed Women’s Association) | 2008-2009

Researcher

My first real job was documenting state of microfinance in India and the impact of Information and Communication Technology adoption on communities. I learnt so much about my country, and the impact of technology when put in the right hands with the right playbook.
