About me

Portrait of Sasha Mozdir

I grew up in India and have called Munich home for more than a decade.

I have spent most of career at Nokia and lived through multiple career reinventions within the same badge. Corporate finance. Restructuring and turnarounds. Growth strategy as Chief of Staff. Then ecosystem partnerships, which turned out to be the work I most resonated with: getting organisations that don't naturally work together to build something none of them could alone.

I care about problems that dont inside one company and working across boundaries—with partners, peers, and teams—to find shared, sustainable paths forward. I'd rather work across those boundaries than inside them.

Outside of tech, I make things. That lifelong creative itch has grown into an active ceramics practice alongside other steady rotation of creative projects. Whether working with complex tech ecosystems or clay, I’m happiest when turning an idea into something tangible.

I'm open to ecosystem leadership roles, advisory, and founding teams that need someone who can build growth partnerships from scratch. Also open to: interesting conversations, studio visits, and coffee.
